Loft-co have just submitted planning permission for 12 apartments on their Barry Island project. This impressive bay fronted parade is to be carefully converted to provide a number of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. Both the front and rear elevations will benefit from water or harbour views.

Barry Island, over the last 5 years, has improved enormously with a number of large house builders developing on the headland. Since the Butlins site closed the area has started to regenerate.
