Loft living was originally created in New York in the mid '60s where derelict warehouses were converted into live/work studios.

Since then this concept has grown and become the cutting edge of the housing market. It allows owners the flexibility to create their own living space. This, coupled with the contemporary design, produces a very unque and impressive apartment.
